How do I sell my diabetic supplies?
Send photos of your sealed boxes with the expiration dates through the quote form, by text to (909) 619-5262 or by email to sell@goldenstatediabeticsupply.com. We reply with an offer.
How do you pay?
For local pickup: cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. If you ship to us, we pay by Zelle once your package arrives and the products match the description.
Do I have to ship anything?
No. We do local pickup in San Bernardino and Riverside County. Sellers anywhere in the US can mail items in after we agree on a quote.
What condition do items need to be in?
Sealed, undamaged and not expired. Leave the pharmacy stickers on.
Should I remove pharmacy labels?
No. Please leave the pharmacy or prescription stickers on the boxes. Peeling them off leaves sticky residue, and that lowers the value. We remove and shred any personal information ourselves. If you want, you can black out your personal information on the sticker with a permanent marker, but please do not get marker on the product or the packaging.
Do you publish a price list?
Yes. See What We Pay for our prices on sealed boxes with 9+ and 6-8 months until expiration. For shorter dating, contact one of our team members for a quote.
Do you buy insulin?
No.
Do you buy expired supplies?
No.
Do you buy opened boxes or loose pods?
No.
What happens if an item does not match the quote?
We check every box. If the products are not what you described, we will not pay for them and they will not be sent back. Please describe your items accurately and send clear photos of the boxes and expiration dates before you ship.
How soon do I get paid?
For local pickups, when we meet and check the boxes. For mail-in, by Zelle once your package arrives and the products match the description.
Will I get my quote in writing?
We email your quote from sell@goldenstatediabeticsupply.com listing each item and the total, and we pay that amount if everything matches.
How fast do I get paid for a mail-in?
We text or email you when your package arrives, and pay by Zelle within 48 hours of delivery if the products match the description.
What if something in my package does not match?
If the products are not what you described, we will not pay for them and they will not be sent back. Please describe your items accurately and send clear photos of the boxes and expiration dates before you ship.
How do I know an offer is real?
