How we buy your diabetic supplies
We buy sealed diabetic supplies for cash. We do not sell supplies.
Based in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Local pickup: cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. Mail-in: Zelle.
- Check your boxes. Sealed, undamaged and not expired. Leave the pharmacy stickers on. Peeling them off leaves residue that lowers the value, and we remove and shred any personal information ourselves.
- Send photos. Use the quote form, text (909) 619-5262, or email sell@goldenstatediabeticsupply.com. Show the product name, quantity and expiration dates.
- Get an offer. We reply with a price for your items.
- Pickup or mail-in. In San Bernardino or Riverside County, tell us what day works for you and we meet at a public place. Everywhere else, including Los Angeles and Orange County, mail your items in after we agree on a quote.
- Get paid. For local pickups we pay cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal when we meet and check the boxes. If you ship to us, we pay by Zelle once your package arrives and the products match the description.
Before you reach out
- The box is sealed and undamaged.
- It is not expired. More time left before expiration means a better offer.
- Leave the pharmacy or prescription stickers on the boxes. Peeling them off leaves sticky residue, and that lowers the value. We remove and shred any personal information ourselves. If you want, you can black out your personal information on the sticker with a permanent marker, but please do not get marker on the product or the packaging.
How do I read the expiration date?
Look for the hourglass symbol on the box label, followed by a date (often year-month-day). That is the date we go by. A photo of it with each quote request saves time.

Our promise to mail-in sellers
- Written quote. We email your quote from sell@goldenstatediabeticsupply.com listing each item and the total, and we pay that amount if everything matches.
- Paid within 48 hours. We text or email you when your package arrives, and pay by Zelle within 48 hours of delivery if the products match the description.
- Describe it accurately. If the products are not what you described, we will not pay for them and they will not be sent back. Please describe your items accurately and send clear photos of the boxes and expiration dates before you ship.
