Sell Diabetic Supplies in the Inland Empire

We buy sealed diabetic supplies for cash. We do not sell supplies.

Updated October 26, 2026

You can sell sealed diabetic supplies in the Inland Empire with local pickup. We meet you at a public place in San Bernardino or Riverside County and pay on the spot by cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. We're based nearby, so we know the area well. You'll deal with a local business, not a faraway warehouse.

There's no shipping and no fee. Here's which cities we cover and how a pickup works.

  • Redlands, Loma Linda, Highland, Yucaipa and Grand Terrace
  • San Bernardino, Colton and Rialto
  • Riverside, Moreno Valley, Corona and Norco
  • Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Ontario, Chino and Fontana

  • FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus, Libre 3 and Libre 2 Plus sensors

How does local pickup work?

Here are the steps:

  1. Send photos of each box and its date through our quote form, by text to (909) 619-5262 or by email.
  2. Get a written quote.
  3. If you accept, we set up a day that works for you.
  4. We meet at a public place in or near your city.
  5. We check the boxes together and pay you on the spot.

We don't promise same-day pickup or exact times. We work with your schedule, and weekends are fine.

Bring the boxes just as they are, in a bag or small box. Don't open anything to check inside. Leave the pharmacy stickers on. You can black out your name with a marker, and we shred the stickers ourselves.

If something doesn't match what you described, we talk about it before we pay. Nothing changes hands until you agree.

You're never stuck. If you change your mind at the meetup, you keep your boxes. There's no fee and no pressure.

Why sell locally in the Inland Empire?

Selling close to home has real benefits:

Local pickup Mail-in
Meet face to face No meeting needed
No packing or shipping cost You pack and pay shipping
Paid on the spot Paid by Zelle within 48 hours of delivery
Cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal Zelle only

You can ask questions in person, and your supplies go straight from your hands to ours. There's no risk of a box getting lost in the mail.

You also skip the packing. No carton, no tape, no padding and no trip to the post office.

How should you store boxes in summer?

Summers here can get hot. Makers list storage ranges for a reason:

Staying inside those ranges keeps your boxes in the shape the maker intended. Keep boxes in a closet inside your home. Don't store them in the garage, and never leave them in a parked car. Bring them in the house right after you pick them up from the pharmacy.

A real-life example

Say you live in Fontana and switched from Omnipod 5 to a tubed pump. You have six sealed boxes of Omnipod 5 pods with ten months left.

You check the date on each box and make sure the seals are whole. Then you text photos of the front and label of each box. We reply with a written quote that lists each item.

You pick a Saturday morning. We meet in a busy shopping center parking lot near your home. We check the six boxes together, and you choose Zelle. You confirm the payment in your banking app before you hand them over.

Then you call your pharmacy to stop the pod refills, so no more extras pile up. The whole meetup takes a few minutes.

How do you stay safe?

A few habits help with any buyer:

  • Meet in a busy public place during the day.
  • Bring a friend if you like.
  • Confirm payment in your own app before you hand over the boxes.
  • Never share passwords or one-time codes.
  • Count the boxes together, so you both agree on the total.

To confirm an offer really came from us, call or text (909) 619-5262. We never charge sellers a fee, and we'll never ask you to send money. Used needles and lancets go in a sharps container, not the trash. Riverside County offers free sharps kiosks, and San Bernardino County Fire runs a household hazardous waste program.

We don't buy supplies paid for by Medicare or Medi-Cal, or anything marked "NOT FOR RESALE." If you're unsure, ask before you meet. Our article on Medicare supplies explains why.
